giving both users and administrators a clear and reliable overview.

With the new PowerPoint alignment tools, elements can be aligned much more efficiently and consistently than with the standard functions.
Elements can be arranged relative to a main object, distributed with uniform spacing or automatically placed in clean columns and rows. The new Matrix tool handles the structuring of complex layouts. Manual readjustment is no longer necessary.
Sharing presentations is now easier and faster. Presentations or individual slides can be extracted directly from PowerPoint, saved as a new file or sent immediately via email.
The sending function is currently optimized for the classic Outlook client; support for New Outlook will follow in a feature release.
With the primedocs Release 26 H1, SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is now supported - an important step for SaaS customers.
User information is no longer just synchronized but is actively managed by the identity provider. This improves compliance, enhanced security and significantly reduces administrative workload.
primedocs now supports profile pictures, signature campaigns and automatic signature assignment in Outlook Mobile.
This ensures consistent, CI-compliant email communication even in the new Outlook as well as on mobile devices.
Administrators can now configure the primedocs ribbon to suit their needs: relevant functions remain visible, while others can be hidden.
In addition, numerous performance optimizations have been implemented, so that templates and add-ins resulting in noticeably faster and smoother template and add‑in behavior.
The next major release is scheduled for September 2026. We are already working on the following topics, among others:
Text modules for Outlook new & Web: The text module library will also be available in the new Outlook and in the Office web apps, ensuring it remains fully usable after migration.
New web-based primedocs admin interface: A new web-based administration interface marks the start of the expansion of a centralized, client-independent management system - beginning with user management.
Role-based control for additional profiles: In the future, profiles can be controlled on a role-based basis, so that documents are automatically created with the correct sender profile, e.g. for substitutes.
Mailing control for bulk recipients: Labels, envelopes and address sheets can be generated directly from the recipient data in the main document, simplifying bulk mailings.
Document creation directly from CMI and Fabasoft OneGov: primedocs can be accessed via the web directly from these GEVER systems, enabling end-to-end digital processes without a local client.
