The center also offers specialized services such as forensic psychiatry as well as consultation and liaison services for general hospitals and other institutions. Around 2,900 employees from 210 different professions work every day to ensure high-quality psychiatric care.
Psychiatriezentrum Münsingen (PZM) adopted primedocs from PrimeSoft at an early stage to use standardized email signatures and banners in Microsoft Outlook. PZM also significantly increased efficiency in document creation for psychiatric care by using centrally managed text modules and CI/CD-compliant templates based on the primedocs Word module. When PZM and the Universitäre Psychiatrische Dienste Bern (UPD) merge on July 1, 2026, to form the Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ), they will bundle their medical expertise and introduce the primedocs template software at UPZ as well.
