Initial situation

Before the introduction of primedocs, ETAVIS faced two major challenges: 
On the one hand, it was difficult to consistently adhere to the corporate design in all business areas. On the other hand, there was a high susceptibility to errors in everyday work: old documents were often overwritten, which not only resulted in unnecessary corrections, but also slowed down the overall process and impaired the quality of business documents.

Solution description

With primedocs, ETAVIS made a conscious decision to use specialized software from Switzerland that combines modern features with strong references.

The primedocs for Microsoft Word and primedocs for Microsoft Excel modules were introduced, which are operated in SaaS mode. This allows all departments to create documents in a user-friendly manner that is always CI-compliant - regardless of the area of application and without additional technical hurdles.

Highlight function

The text module function is particularly appreciated at ETAVIS AG.

It allows pre-written content to be flexibly inserted into different documents without having to create separate templates for each one. This keeps the template structure clear while significantly increasing efficiency in document creation. In addition, its ease of use leads to noticeable time savings in everyday work.
